300W 系列金属密封球阀采用超音速喷涂或热喷焊工艺在球体表面和阀座密封面上喷涂碳化钨/碳化铬或喷焊镍基合金，对其密封面进行硬化处理；再采用 KOSO 特有的研磨设备和技术研磨球和阀座，使其完全密封，最高可达零泄漏。 

研磨的球和阀座无缝隙完全贴合形成面密封，既能防止杂质进入密封面之间，动作时还能刮除黏附在球面上的异物，具备自清洁功能。  

适用于高温高压，含有颗粒粉体及料浆类流体。

This series provides Zero-Leakage ball vavles in several service application with high temperature and/or high pressure. 

The ball and seat are hard coated with chrome carbide or tungsten carbide or Metco 16C, which has high erosion and abrasion resistance. They are mate-lapped based on our own technique to ensure sealing.  The ball never leaves the seat and wipes contaminants  away. This self-cleaning action prevents the interference  and damage from contaminants.

Available for high temperature and pressure, containing particulates powders and slurries fluids services.
